You can find out what keyword triggered your ad - valuetrack is one way to 
do it: http://support.google.com/adwords/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=2375447
You can also change the sitelinks at runtime based on that information, but 
it will not be a "no-timelag" process, since there will be some delay due 
to policy approval for sitelinks.
AdExtensionOverride is meant for overriding campaign ad extensions at ad 
level, but this is not supported for Sitelinks. Location extension is one 
ad extension that can be overridden at ad level.
