Must be a python client library bug...I tried setting the campaign.budget to None, and the campaign.budget.budgetId to None, and neither one managed to dissociate the campaign from the budget. Turning debug on, it looks like the soap being sent doesn't have the budget set to nil.
Has anyone managed this with the python client library yet?
