How do you choose the initial bid / max CPC for kws and ad groups.
Let’s just assume that you are doing this for several accounts and want to create a process (algorithm) and not do it manually for each account. How would you do it? How would you automate this using the API? Can this be done using a script? Any 3rd party APIs for this or tools?
