Hi Brian,

Yes, this is correct. This happens because of the way wsdl.exe generates 
stub code from wsdls - it basically flattens all the nested classes and 
types, so you end up with BudgetBudgetDeliveryMethod instead 
of Budget.BudgetDeliveryMethod.
