I have been using the Adwords API for about a week now. I have been using the PHP client library.
Yesterday I received this error message: QuotaCheckError.MONTHLY_BUDGET_REACHED So today I went and upped my monthly budget for the API. Now I am receiving this error message: QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP I asked the Adwords Support team by email and Takeshi replied saying to ask the Adwords Forum. I asked the Adwords Forum here<https://www.en.adwords-community.com/t5/Manage-ads/QuotaCheckError-INCOMPLETE-SIGNUP/m-p/70348#M6253> and they told me to ask this forum.
