Hi Sanju, If I understand this correctly, you have a shared budget between 3 campaigns but you only want to modify the budget for one of them? If that's the case, it sounds like you need to create a separate budget for the campaign you wish to have a different budget.
As for your mutate call having no effect on the budget. Could you provide more information on this please? Either the SOAP XML request that your client is sending to the service, or the code that you're using to set the budget amount*.
