1. If you are using AdWords API PHP library in your code, then you need to 
upgrade to the latest version of the library. v3.2.2 is the latest one, 
available for download 
from http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/downloads/list. There 
are code examples in the library for almost all the common uses, so you can 
check them out to get more details on using a specific service.
2. The main differences between v201109 and v201206 are listed here, 
especially with focus on 
migration.: 
https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/migration-v201206. 
The steps are valid for v201209 migration also.
