Hi Ryan, As per our October announcement<http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/adwords-api-v201109-and-v2011091-sunset.html>, the v201109 has been sunset on October 26th 2012. The error you are receiving is due to a missing WSDL. The WSDL is missing because the service no longer exists.
Please migrate to v201209<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/#v201209>or v201206 <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/#v201206>to fix these issues.
