Hello. I need to work with campaigns which have Conversion Optimization (CPA) at production. It means that i need to sed max CPA for my new groups created by API. But in test account i can't change campaign to CPA because there are no conversions. Is there any way to add fake conversions or switch campaign to CPA without adding conversions?
