Hi Jose, About your test cases, if you are talking about switching campaigns in a test account to CPA bidding, unfortunately this is not possible. Test accounts don't serve therefore you won't be able to generate impressions/clicks/conversions in them. If you need an end-to-end test for this type of CPA bidding you will need to use a real account, but I recommend you coding integration tests in this case instead, mocking out the calls to the AdWords API.
Test accounts are not meant to be inspected in the UI.
