I'm not from the RMF team or work for Google.  But from a previous 
experience I had, I believe the OperatingSystemVersion the RMF 
is referring to is actually the platforms:

and not the mobile platforms. It's confusing, I know.

Please verify for yourself though.  The constants you need for the above
