I'm using v201209 API with the latest (4.0.1) PHP client library.
I'm getting a 400 error Report Download Failed when I try to run a report
of type ADGROUP_PERFORMANCE_REPORT
There are no other error messages.
Here is the request I am sending: (Note that I have tried with and without
any Predicates)
