Two days ago, I received an email from google with a title:Get $150 free when you try Google ads In the email , it mentioned
"Just call us at 1-855-287-5173 <18552875173> or visit google.com/ads/apps<http://www.google.com/appserve/mkt/4CtOKSItiNHSp47xS4z2fa>and use offer code XXXXXXXX before March 31st, " SO I set up an adwords account and paid the money to activate the account. Now the ads have been shown for 2 days. But when I visit https://adwords.google.com/select/RedeemCoupon , and fill in the code, it showed Invalid promotional code. I tried to seek help from google, and got the following reply.
