All I'm trying to do is get my test campaign set up. It's been 10 days of silence with me anxiously awaiting a response. So... as it also states on that "Getting Started" page: If you do not receive the results within 10 days of your application, contact us on the forum<https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/adwords-api> . That's what I'm doing now. Who can help me? What information do you need?
