We're currently looking to migrate to v201302 from v201206 (using the .NET client library, if it matters). We'd previously been using the API to get targeted monthly search volumes for a list of keywords across a set of regions and devices, and using the DeviceTypeSearchParameter to specify which device to get the total for.
This parameter type seems to have been removed from the API after v201209 - compare v201209 SearchParameter documentation<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201209/TargetingIdeaService.SearchParameter> with that for v201302<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201302/TargetingIdeaService.SearchParameter>, and I've been unable to find any mention of it's removal in the various sunsetting/migration pages. Has it been removed, or just moved, or renamed? If it has been removed, can anyone provide advice for what to use instead? I've found the Platform criterion<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201302/TargetingIdeaService.Criterion>, the enumeration of which would give a suitable breakdown for the search totals, but I'm not sure how to use this with a Keyword TargetingIdeaSelector - apparently only Placement requests can retrieve the Criterion attribute after v201206<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201302/TargetingIdeaService.TargetingIdeaSelector> .
