Hello, I created MCC account on 08.03.2013 with billing details and I apply for access to Google Adwords API. Since my request is in "pending approval" state I decide to create Test account in order to continue developing my application. As it states in Google API official documentatoin: *"All calls made with the AdWords API require a developer token, but the token doesn't have to be approved for calls made to Test Accounts; you can make requests against a Test Account while the application is still pending" *I thought that I will successfully use Google API ad words with any dummy, test data but when I try to authenticate this error occurs:
QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP My MCC customer ID is: 252-660-0757 My test account ID: 738-088-4281 Please let me know If I am doing something wrong.
