HTML5 is just "cover" for data, you can't act as an API agent using it.
You can use Adwords Scripts <https://developers.google.com/adwords/scripts>to 
act Javascript like agent to API or any ofServer-side 
SDK<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries>
