I'd like to ask about how to set keyword's bid as default (=parent ad
group's cpc).
Is my understanding below correct?
1) In case a keyword with default cpc is added by ADD operation :
-> I don't have to setBid. If I do it, I will receive the following API
error :BiddingError.BID_TOO_SMALL.
BiddingStrategyConfiguration biddingStrategyConfiguration = new
BiddingStrategyConfiguration();
CpcBid bid = newCpcBid();
// bid.setBid(new Money(null, null)); // DO NOT setBid
biddingStrategyConfiguration.setBids(new Bids[]{bid});
...
2) In case the bid of the keyword is changed from \100 to default by SET
operation :
-> I have to setBid. If not, I will receive the following API error :
InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR.
BiddingStrategyConfiguration biddingStrategyConfiguration = new
BiddingStrategyConfiguration();
CpcBid bid = newCpcBid();
bid.setBid(new Money(null, null)); // DO setBid
biddingStrategyConfiguration.setBids(new Bids[]{bid});
...
