Hello Sanju, As mentioned in the README<http://google-api-adwords-java.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/README>, you can still use the old Java library (adwords-api-8.11.0.jar) until the end of 2013 including v201302. (We will add support for new version releases for the old one until the end of 2013).
But I strongly recommend you to use the new Java library<https://code.google.com/p/google-api-ads-java/downloads/list> (axis-1.14.1 jar). The new one has better coverage of important features such OAuth2.0, Maven. The old one doesn't support OAuth2.0, only support ClientLogin<https://developers.google.com/accounts/docs/AuthForInstalledApps> which has been officially deprecated.
