Hi Nils, If you are not changing the campaign fields but an underlying ad then you should get FIELDS_UNCHANGED but the changedAdGroups populated. I'll recommend you verifying that your dateTimeRange is correctly populated with a range that wraps the time when the changes to your ads happened. If you think that is the case and you are doing it right then please send me a requestId (you can find this value as part of your SOAP response in the logs) of example of your query against the CustomerSyncService and I'll be glad to check.
