Hi Bionic,

One main way is subscribing to our Google Plus 
page<http://plus.google.com/+GoogleAdsDevelopers>. 
Alternatively if you use git and set our 
repository<https://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/checkout>as 
an external dependency, you'll see when updates are happening.
