I am migrating from v201209 to 201302 and noticed the removal of the Info Service, and read the information at: http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/2013/01/new-simplified-adwords-api-pricing.html Question: If we were already doing a couple of million API operations per week under v201209, do we still need to fill out the form for Standard Access under v201302, or will we be automatically grandfathered into Standard Access?
