Thanks Anash, Tried this and ALMOST works. The only issue is that the Template ads are associated together as an AdUnion. When I mutate to create the new ad, the "unionness" of the ads is lost and the AdWords UI shows them as individual ads instead.. I believe that I am missing is UnionID. However, I can not retrieve the AdUnion ID in the source Ads.
