Hi Francisco, Those IDs don't appear to be valid. If I change the target type to Department on our Geographical Targeting<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting>page , I do see a bunch of french departments, but I didn't find any mention of the few IDs I spotchecked.
