Hi Patrick, Google Login - this is the credentials you use to log in and manage your AdWords Account. Our client libraries can accept an email and password and obtain an AuthToken from the ClientLogin service (which is deprecated), or you can use OAuth2 to avoid writing down your password (recommended).
Developer Token - you can find this value in your developer MCC account under My Account -> AdWords API Center. You'll need an approved token if you want to work with non-test accounts.
