When I create site links (FeedItems) with special/multi-byte characters, it's not being interpretted as utf-8, and is ending up as ® instead of ® at Google. This happens only for site links and not ads, etc. I am using v201306 and the latest version (2.11) of the Perl library.
Are other people seeing this? Do we think this is a bug in the adowrds api? Or maybe the Perl api? As best I can tell, I'm not doing anything wrong; the requests work the same as for ads.
