Hi Danial, I have tried running the script again but it still gives me the same error.
I had earlier opted to use NET Banking as the payment mode when I entered the billing details at the client account level. However, at the MCC level the system requires me to Fax my credit card details and is the only available option in the billing preference (Please note that the country of billing address is India). In order to accept the T&C at the MCC level I need to enter my billing information without which the system does not allow me to accept the T&C. I need to use the current MCC only for testing and familiarizing myself with the adwords API. Do I still need to enter my billing details? Please advise.
