I'm using PHP version is 5.3.13 Adwords PHP client library 4.5.1 I'm using a Client ID for installed applications
I have a number example programs working fine on my localhost wamp server - I'm using a refresh token when I got using the example oauth2 program. All work fine on my local host. When I copied that same file to a hosted web application on a remote server with a public url it ran fine for the first week and then started to give me this error for all examples. An error has occurred: [QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP @ ; trigger:''] Is this because I'm using the same credentials as my localhost deployment? Do I need to apply for web application client ID and secret and run that on the remote server web application?
