Hello Brandon,

You need to use a set of credentials to access a specific account. It can 
be login/passwords combination (known as ClientLogin), the same you use in 
the UI, or OAuth2 flow (recommended).

It is also possible to use MCC-level credentials and specify target account 
ID as clientCustomerId field in the headers, this is the typical approach 
for test accounts.
