How can I get a report of all destination URLs, with the following information:
- URL - URL type (adgroup/keyword/sitelink etc) - Name (the Adgroup name or Keyword text/match type) I tried running the Destination Url Report<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports?hl=en#destination-url> but the most information I was able to get was Campaign Name, Adgroup Name and DestinationUrl. It didn't let me get the keyword information - returned 0 results when I included the Criterion fields. (I guess this has to do with segmentation?)
