Hi, 

The difference is that 3000000 Keyword ID is recorded for impressions in 
Display Network. 
Other Keyword IDs are recorded for Search network.
That is also mentioned in the 
document<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting-concepts#keywordid3000000>

If you need each Keyword ID for Display network, please use Display Keyword 
Performance Report.
