Hi, It looks a lot like there's a network connectivity issue between your servers and the AdWords servers. Can you try running the code examples on a different network to confirm this. You can also use networking tools such as traceroute <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traceroute> to diagnose network issues. If there are network connectivity issues, you should talk to your hosting provider to get it resolved.
