Hi, You should use the TargetingIdeaService<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201309/TargetingIdeaService>and TrafficEstimatorService<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201309/TrafficEstimatorService>. We have code examples in every of our client libraries on how to use these services.
