Hi There, If you're looking for information on what's changed for a given Campaign or AdGroup, then you can make use of the CustomerSyncService<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/CustomerSyncService>. However, we have no reports that cover this information. If you follow the AdWords blog<http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.co.uk/search/label/adwords_api>, they announce any newly released features.
