Hi Nicky,
This means that the account you used to authorize the OAuth2 request at the
*Open a fresh web browser and navigate to...* step does not have access to
the client account you are using in your download request. Please log out
of all of your accounts, log into the MCC with access to the client
account, and then go through the authorization process again.
