You can verify if your client ID and client secret is valid by following 
the steps in this 
page<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/soap> ("0. 
Get your access token." section)
If you are able to get an access token and a refresh token as in that page, 
your client ID and client secret is valid.
