I am trying to find out a way to create an AdGroup from an existing AdGroup.
I don't want to copy all the Ads within the AdGroup, but to copy all the settings (and keywords) from within that AdGroup. I am currently using the Ruby library, and trying to find out how to do so easily (Right now I fetch an AdGroup and go within all its fields and create a new AdGroup with those).
