Mohammed, Assuming you already have conversion tracking enabled - you can retrieve the stats from the AdWords API. For example, in the Ad Group Performance Report<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#ad-group>, you can select the fields related to Conversion stats.
