Shay, In the Ad Group Performance report<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#ad-group>, there is a column called "Click type" that you can use to determine the link that the user clicked (e.g. Site link or Headline).
However, we do not currently have the ability to discern whether the sitelink was shown or not with the ad.
