Hi Francesco, That error is a bit different from the page I mentioned. SelectorError.START_INDEX_IS_TOO_HIGH is mentioned in this blog post<http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.jp/2013/09/a-reminder-retrieving-large-result-sets.html> .
I think it should be documented in the page<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/limits#general> as well. I'm fixing it sometime soon.
