While I can't give you any information on when new versions of the API may 
be coming out, I can comment that our migration 
guides<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/migration/v201309>are
 most useful for upgrading between consecutive versions. If you're not 
using any features that happen to be removed, it's generally a very 
straightforward upgrade, so it shouldn't be significantly more work to do 
it as two separate migrations rather than one larger migration if you 
wanted to play it safe.
