Hi Aradhya, It depends on the current state of your default ad group bid and your content bid.
- If default bid = contentBid, then nothing will happen - If defaultBid != contentBid and contentBid != 0, AdWords will overwrite the defaultBid with the contentBid when the change goes live (because the contentBid always takes precedence over the default bid) Let me know if this doesn't clarify things.
