Hi Aradhya,

It depends on the current state of your default ad group bid and your 
content bid.


   - If default bid = contentBid, then nothing will happen
   - If defaultBid != contentBid and contentBid != 0, AdWords will 
   overwrite the defaultBid with the contentBid when the change goes live 
   (because the contentBid always takes precedence over the default bid)
