Hi, I'm getting [QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP @ ; trigger:'<null>']<http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19000570/adwords-test-account-quotacheckerror-incomplete-signup-triggernull>error while trying to connect to AdwordsApi.
Could you please check my MCC status and let me know if I'm not missing something there?
