Hi Arti, Let me confirm, are you referring to the AdWords Scripts? If so there is another forum<https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/adwords-scripts>on the AdWords Scripts. You should get better answers asking it there.
Also please suppl more details (logs, code snippets) as with the current clue, it's very hard to guess the cause.
