This blog post: http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/2012/08/release-schedule-for-adwords-api.html says that the releases are at the end of February, the middle of June and the end of September. We are into March and no news of a new release...
Can you please provide a more specific date since we are now past the general one? There is a major fix for offline conversion coming in the new release and my application is waiting on this!!! An updated timeframe would be much appreciated so i can plan accordingly and tell my stakeholders.
