I am sorry I got this wrong the first time. This field is available in the KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT but starting with v201402 only. I just ran a test against it and got this field back successfully. Please note the reporting reference lists the fields available in the latest API version only. -Danial, AdWords API Team.
