Hi,

As mentioned in the 
MediaService.upload<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/MediaService#upload>documentation,
 the API currently only supports uploading images.  However, 
once you have uploaded a video through the UI you can reference it in a 
template 
video 
ad<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/templateads#click_to_play>
