"Redirect URL" is only relevant for "Web Application" flow. For "Installed application" redirect URL needs to be a constant, see: https://developers.google.com/accounts/docs/OAuth2InstalledApp#choosingredirecturi Also note, the code returned by Google service is a verification code, not a refresh token.
