Benjamin, Please send me the php.ini content. PHP 5.2 has been end-of-life for more than 3 years now. Please do not use it and upgrade to a current version of PHP.
Secondly, it looks like you may be using a timezone not recognized by your system. The INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP issue is unrelated. Let me know once you've cleared up the timezone. We'll get you on the right track for INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP error.
