Hi Ray! Appreciate your inputs...right now I am using a default timezone ( Europe/Paris), since most of the activity that is going on is in France. The time I am sending is the conversion time of the call (actually the end of call) which is in the Europe/Paris timezone. I should use the account's timezone? For most of the clients the timezone is also Europe/Paris.
